Our minimum rental period is normally one year. However, we offer significant better pricing for longer commitment periods, such as two years, three years, four years, or five years.

The basic rental process is:

2. We review the load, lifting height, aisle width, pallet type, usage conditions, and rental period.
3. We recommend suitable equipment and provide a quotation.
4. Once the rental terms are agreed, we prepare the contract and payment schedule.
5. The equipment is inspected and prepared for delivery.
6. We arrange delivery and handover at your site.

For customers who can commit to a longer rental period, we can usually provide a lower monthly rental rate because the equipment, maintenance, and logistics costs can be spread over a longer term.

The timeline depends on equipment availability, location, and any special requirements. For available units, delivery can usually be arranged after contract signing, payment arrangement, and final inspection.

Yes. We can arrange delivery and pickup of the rented forklift or warehouse equipment to and from your facility.

Before delivery, the equipment is inspected to make sure it is ready for operation. If required, we can also support third-party inspection or certification, depending on the customer’s internal safety or compliance requirements.

Delivery and pickup costs may depend on the equipment size, delivery distance, site access, and transport requirements. At handover, we can also check the equipment condition together with the customer and confirm the main details such as model, serial number, accessories, and working condition.
